Dear Friends,
Roger and Rachel (Renich) Sambou oversee four churches, a clinic, and a ministry among street boys in Ziguinchor, Senegal. They began Bethel School in October 2015 in the village of Bourofaye, to provide education for children who otherwise would not have attended school. The children are taught in their own language and also learn English and Spanish. Most importantly, they experience God’s love for them through the teaching of the Bible and Christian teachers.
When the school opened its doors, there were just a few students taught by one teacher. Over the years, it has grown into three school levels, each having its own teacher and helper. there are now 100 children in the school. Because the present classrooms are shared by all the students, there is a need for a new classroom for the 30 children in kindergarten. The existing classrooms, which are made of mud, also need repair.
Will you join us to help Rachel and Roger with this project?
Sincerely,
Alec D. Brooks
